Contract No. Beijing Domestic Tourism Contract Instructions for Use According to relevant laws and regulations, travel agencies should sign a written contract with tourists before providing tourism services. This contract is formulated in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Travel Agencies, and relevant laws and regulations, for both parties to agree on and adopt. Please read carefully before signing the contract. 1. This contract is a model text applicable to domestic group tourism service relationships established between travel agencies and tourists residing within the administrative region of this province.
2. Tourists participating in domestic tourism should choose travel agencies with legal qualifications to operate tourism businesses. Travel agencies should have a "Travel Agency Business Operation License" issued by the tourism administrative department and a "Business License" issued by the industry and commerce administrative department.
3. After tourists pay the fees, the travel agency should issue an invoice. Tourists are requested to keep relevant receipts, certificates, and materials from their travel activities as evidence for complaints and claims in case of infringement of their legitimate rights and interests.
4. Travel agencies should provide truthful explanations and clear warnings to tourists in advance regarding matters that may endanger their personal and property safety during the tourism process, as well as other issues that require attention, and take necessary measures to prevent harm from occurring. Tourists should choose tourism projects based on their own conditions.
5. When a travel agency transfers tourists to other travel agencies for organization or reception due to unforeseen circumstances, they must inform and obtain the consent of the tourists in advance.
6. Travel agencies should truthfully indicate the scenic spot tickets, accommodation, catering, transportation standards, tour guide services, and other related content included in the tourism project when signing the contract. Self selected projects should be arranged during free time and should not affect the overall travel itinerary. Travel agencies are not allowed to force tourists to participate in their arranged self selected projects.
7. If there is any dispute, ambiguity or need to supplement the provisions of this model contract when both parties sign it, the supplementary provisions signed by both parties after consultation shall be an integral part of the contract.
