Issues related to withdrawal and refund

1、If there are less than 4 days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) before departure, and you request to cancel, reduce the number of people, or change other items, a parking loss fee will be charged according to the actual situation, and the remaining group payment after deducting the parking loss will be refunded;

2、If there is a ticket discount policy for special groups (subject to local policies), you can hold relevant documents and have the tour guide assist in making the corresponding refund at the entrance of the scenic area.

3、If you voluntarily cancel some attractions during the trip, the corresponding fees will not be refunded. If the gift item cannot be fulfilled, no refund will be made.

4、If necessary, please confirm relevant matters with the guide or the customer service specialist of Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourism Network.
